Dichotomy of Control

  From my very own experience, the line which is more relatable to my past is; “We suffer more from our imaginations”.  Many a time I felt like an Anhedoniac.  Thanks to Breaking Bad & friends who helped me to get out of that state. I started thinking straight right then and then I fixed one thing in my mind: my everyday task in life should be separating things into “what I control and what I don't” & started following Stoicism.   In life, we tend to focus on many things and thereby set us up for a lot of unnecessary trouble: getting upset, worried, stressed, experiencing negative and excessive emotions totally being hindered.  Sometimes we focus a lot on other people's opinions. This is a common trouble faced by many known and unknown faces in our world.
